Suits & Sneakers is a community built by business owners, for business owners. We operate on the fundamental principle of proximity. While technology allows us to stay connected when life is busy, it is a supplement and not a substitute for the real thing.
Our core belief is that consistent in-person connection is one of the most overlooked drivers of sustainable business growth.
When people who share the same pressures and risks spend time together regularly, they stop operating in isolation and become part of a high-trust ecosystem. We call this a supplementary economy, where the strength of the network directly supports the success of the individual.
Ultimately, our goal is to help more business owners do business with each other while feeling supported in their entrepreneurial journey.
From this proximity, trust forms naturally. It removes the friction that usually exists in networking and makes it easier to collaborate, refer work, and support one another. We believe that two hours spent in intentional proximity to your peers often saves you twenty hours of trying to figure things out alone.

In-person connection only works when the physical environment supports it. Public spaces and noisy cafés make deep conversation hard and expensive lunches make regular meet-ups unsustainable. That's why Suits & Sneakers has invested heavily in creating a dedicated Clubhouse for our members.
We don’t view the Clubhouse as an optional perk or an "add-on" to a digital group. Without it, the consistency and proximity required for business owners to build trust and do meaningful work together simply wouldn’t exist. The Clubhouse is the anchor that turns a network of people into a high-functioning ecosystem. Here's how that plays out inside the Clubhouse.
DAILY FACILITATED MEMBER MEET-UPS
We don’t believe in throwing random people into a room and calling it networking. Our member sessions are intentionally curated to ensure that every person around the table is a peer. We take the friction out of the experience by handling the introductions, facilitating the conversation, and including the cost of lunch in your membership.

MEMBER SKILL SWAP SESSIONS
Skill Swaps are the heart of the membership. These are intimate, curated, in-person sessions where members share practical, real world skills to others who have intentionally chosen to be in the room. Maximum of 6-8 people per session.
This isn't theory from a textbook; it’s practitioner-led learning from peers who are experts in their field. Each session has a clear topic, a short teaching segment, facilitated conversation, and lunch included to ensure you leave with actionable insights for your business.
In one sitting, members learn a new skill while connecting deeply with other members, break bread together and change the scenery to help shift perspective. This is where real relationships and collaborative opportunities start to form.
ACCESS TO THE TOP 1%
We host entrepreneurs and other exceptional leaders 3-4 times a month for small, in-person meet-ups. These are people who operate at the very top of their field, and who are willing to share what they’ve learned along the way.
Once again, these groups are intentionally capped at 6-8 people to ensure real conversation rather than a lecture. This intimacy allows for a level of honesty and depth you won't find at large conferences or online webinars, giving you a chance to ask the questions that actually matter to your business.
We are incredibly proud of this value add. It is only possible because of the deep network Suits & Sneakers has developed over the last ten years. Because the groups are so small and the value is so high, these sessions often get booked up in a matter of minutes.
THE CLUBHOUSE: A THIRD SPACE FOR WORK
A "Third Space" is the essential environment between home and the office. It is a place intentionally designed for focus and connection.
While we aren’t trying to replace the office for everyone, the Clubhouse is a high-performance home for our members. Whether you work here daily or drop in occasionally to change your scenery, the space is built to support your best work.
We’ve invested heavily in every detail, from quiet zones and meeting rooms to fast internet and premium refreshments.
Everything is intentionally designed to remove the isolation of the modern founder, providing a grounded, professional atmosphere where you can work alongside peers without the friction of a traditional office.
SUITS & SNEAKERS WEEKLY EVENTS
These events are how people first came to know us and remain a central way we bring serious learning into the room. Having our own Clubhouse has allowed us to turn these into a consistent, weekly rhythm rather than just a few big moments throughout the year.
The same Clubhouse members work from during the day is reconfigured to host hundreds of people, supported by high-quality AV and live streaming. Members have full access to these recordings, ensuring the insights shared from the stage become a permanent resource.
Because these events are open to the public, members get to exhibit their businesses at no cost to both our community and an outside audience. This is a mega perk that turns every weekly event into a live marketplace where you can showcase your work and build authority.
THE SOCIAL LAYER
Real connection doesn’t only happen through work. The Clubhouse is intentionally designed to host social experiences alongside business and learning, from shared dinners and movie nights to live sport, movement, and other moments that bring people together.
